Powered Land Secured
It begins with the hardest constraint to solve: power. We acquire sites where grid interconnection and generation capacity are already lined up, so the project is never left waiting on the utility.

Engineering & Approvals
Civil layout, facility design, and equipment specification are engineered concurrently — with permitting running alongside fabrication rather than gating it.

Off-Site Fabrication
The compute pods, power units, cooling systems, and electrical houses are fabricated and tested in a controlled factory setting, advancing in parallel with work already underway at the site.

Groundwork & Civil Build
On the ground, earthwork, foundations, the electrical tie-in, and structural shell take shape at the same time the modules are being built.

On-Site Integration
Completed modules ship to the site and are set and interconnected quickly — tied into power and cooling with minimal field work.
